ACoC aims to enhance harmonisation, interoperability, commonality, standardisation and cooperation between African Command and Staff Colleges as a contribution to the African Standby Force (ASF) and Peace Support Operations (PSOs). The Troika is a decision-making layer within ACoC consisting the Chairperson, Successor Chairperson, and the Predecessor Chairperson of the Conference. The Troika is mandated to implement the policies and decisions of the Annual Conference and oversee the operations and management of the ACoC.
